PADI Advanced Open Water Course (AOW)
The Advanced Open Water Course (AOW) is a 2-day coursethat takes the Open Water Diver to the next level. This course offers 5 dives of which the deep dive and the underwater navigation dive are mandatory dives whilst the student may select any 3 dives such as photography, search and recovery, peak performance buoyancy, night diving, naturalist to name just a few. After completion of the AOW course, the student receives AOW certification and may dive to a maximum depth of 30m (100ft) with experience.

This means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba dives. You can typically stay down longer and get back the water sooner.
